About the Role
Are you ready to be part of a team building the next $100 billion initiative? You will work closely with senior leadership across product, finance, legal, marketing, sales, and operations to refine your vision, and collaborate with product, science, software, and business analyst teams to bring innovative ideas to life. This role requires a hands-on approach, operational focus, and strong leadership skills to build relationships across diverse stakeholders and generate creative solutions to strategic industry challenges.
Key responsibilities include working with finance and economists to understand marginal costing, collaborating with operations and product teams to integrate capacity-awareness into pricing, partnering with commercial and marketing teams to design iterative testing for product-market fit, owning metric creation and program performance through regular business reviews, managing regional SOPs, training, audits, inspections, and process improvements, and expanding into deeper structural analytics to recommend ongoing improvements.
The revenue management team empowers Amazon’s global business to balance growth and profit tradeoffs while seeking long-term customer value. The team tackles challenges ranging from CEO-level strategic support to advanced mathematical experimentation and optimization, making this an exciting opportunity at the intersection of data and large-scale strategic decision-making.
