About the Role
dunnhumby is the global leader in Customer Data Science, partnering with the world's most ambitious retailers and brands to put the customer at the heart of every decision. We combine deep insight, advanced technology, and close collaboration to help our clients grow, innovate, and deliver measurable value for their customers. With nearly 2,500 experts worldwide, we work with transformative brands such as Tesco, Coca-Cola, Nestlé, Unilever, and Metro.

The dunnhumby Network Alliance (dna) is designed to reshape how brands connect with customers across retail by unifying multiple retailers, publishers, and data environments into a single ecosystem. dna enables advertisers to plan, activate, and measure campaigns with unprecedented scale, consistency, and accountability, removing fragmentation and preserving each partner's unique strengths while unlocking greater collective value.

As Senior Product Manager (Principal), you will act as the Product Director's right hand, leading dna's product strategy, portfolio, roadmap, and delivery. This senior role combines technical, commercial, and customer judgement to create scalable products that deliver measurable P&L impact.

You will operate with high autonomy, owning dna's strategy, roadmap, and delivery end-to-end across campaign booking, inventory, targeting, measurement, and reporting. You will make portfolio and investment trade-offs, converting complex choices into clear recommendations for executive leadership. You will lead integrations and data flows across dunnhumby, Kevel, retailers, and publishers, turning partner needs into reusable, secure, and scalable platform capabilities.

Using prototypes, experiments, and AI/Gen AI, you will validate decisions, reduce delivery risk, and raise the bar while embedding these capabilities into dna's ways of working. You will own adoption, performance, and commercial outcomes, including positioning and monetisation through OKRs and revenue targets. Additionally, you will lead product practice, mentor PMs, and represent the Product Director in senior internal and external forums, aligning stakeholders around decisions, investment, and outcomes.

At dunnhumby, we offer a comprehensive rewards package, flexible working hours, your birthday off, and investment in cutting-edge technology. We foster an inclusive culture with thriving networks supporting diversity and inclusion, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to perform at their best. We support flexible working arrangements to help you balance your career with your personal commitments.
