About the Role
Amazon's Reliability & Maintenance Engineering (RME) organization is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Technical to lead the product strategy and roadmap for OmniFrost, Amazon's next-generation SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) platform. Key responsibilities include defining and owning the OmniFrost product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap; establishing measurable KPIs tied to business outcomes such as MTTR improvement, system availability, user adoption, alarm latency, and technician satisfaction (NPS); and driving feature prioritization across core capabilities including interactive 2D/3D layouts, AI-assisted triage, live camera feeds, command and control, native APM integration, and multi-device access.
The role also involves designing experimental methodologies to validate incremental value, managing Go/No-Go criteria for scale deployment, partnering with cross-functional teams on deployment automation economics, coordinating technical dependencies and integrations, and representing RME customer needs in architectural decisions.
