About the Role
The Worldwide Grocery Private Brands International team is seeking an entrepreneurial, experienced, and analytical Senior Product Quality Manager. You will join a dynamic, fast-paced, fun, and collaborative environment focused on building and scaling our business across physical stores and online channels. This role ensures products consistently meet Amazon's quality expectations and are delivered to customers reliably.
You will drive quality activities across multiple stakeholder teams including Product Development, Category Managers, Food Safety, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and suppliers. Your focus will be on monitoring product performance post-launch, managing trend analysis, identifying customer complaint issues, and facilitating product and process improvement initiatives with suppliers and internal cross-functional teams.
This position influences commercialization processes and upstream product and supplier decisions through product quality benchmarking at category and subcategory levels, leveraging product testing and customer insights. You will ensure robust quality performance reporting mechanisms aligned with the Worldwide Product Quality team to track program, product, and supplier performance metrics.
The role requires resourcefulness and creativity to learn new tools and systems to identify opportunities for automation and simplification of data management. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, data-driven, detail-oriented, and able to develop sound recommendations for product and process improvements. Strong interpersonal skills are essential to build trust and influence teams across regions, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
- Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology
- Experience using data and metrics to influence senior leadership and drive organizational change
- Experience in customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing products and services
- Experience in written and oral communication with all organizational levels (technical, business, executive)
- Experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing, planning, and managing time effectively
- Experience in manufacturing, production, distribution logistics, retail, or grocery management roles

Qualifications
- Preferred experience with AI/ML technologies
- Experience participating in continuous improvement projects to scale and improve controllership with measurable results, or creating process improvements with automation and analysis
- Diversified experience across the entire product lifecycle and supply chain including R&D, scale-up, material sourcing, operations management, and customer feedback
