About the Role
Bring world-class creative ideas into the real world. This 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover) offers a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of creativity, product development, and production for a globally recognised premium consumer brand. Reporting directly to the Global Director and working closely with the brand and activation function, you will partner with designers from the earliest stages of projects to transform creative concepts into beautifully crafted physical products and experiences.

You will own the full cycle of sourcing, product development, and production across packaging, branded merchandise, retail displays, point of sale, and campaign activations. Your role is pivotal in delivering premium brand assets globally, ensuring every physical touchpoint reflects the brand’s quality, creative integrity, and attention to detail.

Day to day, you will lead the end-to-end development of branded products and in-store materials from concept through to global launch. You will translate creative concepts into commercially viable, high-quality products while protecting brand standards. Managing sourcing, sampling, prototyping, and product refinement, you will build and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers and manufacturing partners, negotiate to deliver value and quality, and oversee production planning, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and critical path management.

You will drive quality assurance, compliance, and safety standards across all products and materials while leading and coordinating cross-functional teams spanning product development, production, quality, and compliance. Collaboration with design, marketing, logistics, and finance teams will ensure seamless delivery of exceptional physical brand experiences.

Experience
- Significant experience leading branded product development and production within premium consumer products, branded goods, retail, lifestyle, or brand-led environments.
- Strong understanding of sourcing, manufacturing, supply chains, and product lifecycle management.
- Expertise in packaging, POS, retail displays, branded merchandise, and physical marketing assets.
- Excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes and taking products from idea to market.
- Experience managing global supplier networks and manufacturing partners, delivering into multiple international markets.
- Working knowledge of quality, compliance, and safety standards applicable to consumer products sold globally.
- Proven ability to lead or coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong commercial judgement, negotiation skills, and project leadership.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
