About the Role
This is a fixed term contract position from August 2026 until July 2027. Amazon Business Payments provides invoicing, working capital, and payment acceptance solutions to millions of business customers, sellers, and partners worldwide. As part of the global Amazon Payments organization, we build payment experiences and financial services that are trusted, valued, and easy to use. Our Business Credit Account product enables enterprise customers to manage procurement-to-pay workflows at scale, where payment health directly impacts customer retention, operational efficiency, and revenue.

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to own payment excellence for the Amazon Business Payments experience. In this role, you will manage the lifecycle of a complex, cross-functional program with significant business impact. You will be accountable for both program strategy and tactical execution: defining the program mission and objectives, analyzing data to drive improvements quantified with metrics, and influencing resource allocation across teams.

You will partner with Finance, Product, Sales, and Customer Support to identify root causes of payment defects, launch operational processes, and deliver measurable improvements in payment health for our customers. You will oversee gaps between teams, processes, and systems, driving alignment and ensuring stakeholder needs are met. Additionally, you will write effective narratives and present progress and outcomes to Directors and VPs.

The ideal candidate combines program management expertise, operational rigor, and the ability to build consensus and drive delivery across organizations.
