About the Role
The Commonwealth Foundation is seeking a Senior Programme Manager, Advocacy and Creative to lead and manage innovative advocacy initiatives that amplify the voices of civil society across the Commonwealth. This role involves developing creative strategies and partnerships that drive impactful campaigns and programmes, fostering collaboration among diverse stakeholders. You will be responsible for overseeing programme delivery, ensuring alignment with the Foundation’s mission to promote democratic engagement, social justice, and inclusive governance. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership, strategic vision, and a passion for creative advocacy to inspire change and empower communities.
Experience
Proven experience in managing advocacy or creative programmes, preferably within an international or non-profit context. Demonstrated ability to lead multi-stakeholder projects and deliver impactful campaigns. Strong background in strategic planning, partnership development, and programme management.

Qualifications
