About the Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a Project Management team to ensure successful project delivery. You will oversee projects to guarantee they are completed on time, within budget, and meet customer specifications and expectations. Key responsibilities include managing project teams for maximum efficiency and effectiveness, understanding contractual requirements, payment milestones, technical scopes, and Health & Safety standards. You will collaborate with Project Managers during project handovers from Project Sales, analysing commercial, contractual, and technical requirements, identifying risks, and escalating issues to the Operations Director and Commercial Manager as needed. Resource planning to achieve commercial and technical goals, supporting Project Managers in customer and contract management, and ensuring AVK projects are delivered according to contract specifications are essential duties. Additionally, you will prepare and present financial reports alongside the commercial team, highlighting key concerns and achievements.

Experience
- Experience in the power generation industry
