About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of HubSpot at Pod Point. This role involves managing all aspects of the project lifecycle from planning through to delivery, ensuring successful deployment and adoption of HubSpot across the organisation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives, manage timelines, resources, and risks, and drive continuous improvement throughout the implementation process. This is a key position that requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing complex software implementations.

Experience
Proven experience managing large-scale software implementation projects, preferably with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms. Strong background in project management methodologies and tools.

About you
Highly organised and detail-oriented with excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills. Able to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Strong communicator with the ability to engage and motivate teams.

Qualifications
Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable. Experience with HubSpot or CRM systems implementation is highly advantageous.
