About the Role
At CGI, you'll lead the successful delivery of complex projects that transform critical services across government and secure environments. As a Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of project delivery from initiation through to completion, ensuring solutions meet the highest standards. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and senior client stakeholders to deliver high-impact programmes that drive meaningful outcomes. Your leadership will involve managing project plans, governance, budgets, and delivery teams while maintaining effective communication and collaboration with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. You will identify and manage risks, resolve issues, and promote continuous improvement and best practices. This role offers the opportunity to mentor colleagues and contribute to strengthening CGI's project delivery capability. Due to the secure nature of the programme, active UK Security Clearance (SC) is required. Experience
- Significant experience delivering complex projects or programmes within secure or highly regulated environments
- Proven project leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing project budgets, resources, suppliers, and delivery plans
- Strong risk, issue, dependency, and change management expertise
- Experience working within structured governance and reporting frameworks
- Good knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies

Qualifications
Essential:
- Proven track record in complex project delivery
Desirable:
- PRINCE2, MSP, APM or equivalent project management certification
- Experience within Policing, Central Government, Emergency Services, or Telecommunications
- Experience delivering projects within secure or mission-critical environments
