About the Role
The Transformation and Change Division within the Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) Group at UK Export Finance is responsible for delivering and assuring the Transformation and Change Plan. This plan covers the next 18 months of project and programme delivery, with forecasts extending a further 18 months, focusing on Policy, Process, Digital and Technology change to support the Business Plan and new Target Operating Model.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead and manage projects and project teams on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that project objectives are clearly defined and achieved within agreed time, cost, and quality constraints. You will play a key role in project governance and stakeholder engagement to ensure delivery of agreed outputs and realisation of benefits.
Your responsibilities will include creating and leading projects to deliver agreed outcomes, managing project teams, setting project controls and delivery methodologies, developing business cases and budgets, managing resources, delivering benefits, managing risks and issues, supporting governance and assurance processes, and ensuring effective change management. You will also provide guidance and coaching to project teams, promote individual and team performance, and maintain project plans and controls.
This role requires flexibility as additional duties may be assigned according to business needs.
Experience
Substantial experience in project delivery roles with demonstrable knowledge of Project Management methodologies applied to design, development, and implementation of projects. Experience working in environments of uncertainty and continual change. Proven ability to deliver projects and programmes on time, within quality standards and budget.
