£52,767 per annum including a £3,000 location allowance

Are you looking for a fresh challenge with an award-winning facilities management company? Arcus FM is seeking an experienced Senior Refrigeration Engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for servicing a range of multi-site retail clients, primarily supermarkets, ensuring their refrigeration systems operate efficiently and reliably. This is a hands-on, mobile role where no two days are the same. You will carry out high-quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing, and repairs while delivering outstanding customer service. You will be provided with a company van and fuel card with personal use from day one, and you will earn full door-to-door pay from the moment you leave home. Additional benefits include 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, enhanced overtime rates paid at time and a half, and an annual bonus of up to 4% based on performance.

Experience
- Proven refrigeration engineering experience
- Supermarket refrigeration experience essential
- Valid UK driver's license

Qualifications
- F-Gas certification (C&G 2079)
