About the Role
Broadwick Studio is an international company headquartered in London, creating, developing, owning, and operating a diverse portfolio of spaces, events, and experiences. Our heritage is rooted in music, having built a portfolio of 20 global festivals before focusing on our growing portfolio of spaces including Printworks London, Depot Mayfield Manchester, Magazine London, and Landing Forty Two.

Exhibition White City is a beautifully restored Grade II listed hybrid venue in West London, blending heritage, design, and culture. It offers a fully flexible event space for awards dinners, conferences, parties, brand launches, filming, exhibitions, and music shows. Open since March 2025, the venue is entering an exciting growth phase.

As Senior Sales and Events Manager, you will report to the Deputy Head of Space and lead the day-to-day handling and conversion of incoming enquiries, driving commercial performance and executing sales strategies to grow the client base. You will be accountable for sales targets and KPIs, managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and supporting complex event delivery. You will also collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure the highest standards across sales, marketing, finance, and event operations.

This role requires a proactive approach to business development, attending networking events, promoting the venue and its partners, and maximizing revenue opportunities. You will play a key role in maintaining the momentum of Exhibition White City's growth and establishing it as a culturally significant destination.
