About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Security Culture Advisor to join the Parliamentary Security Department (PSD) at the UK Parliament. In this unique and high-impact role, you will lead the development and delivery of a security culture strategy that helps keep Parliament safe and secure while ensuring it remains open for business. You will manage and develop security culture activities across Parliament, defining clear objectives and outputs for cultural change, delivering expert advice, and engaging widely with internal and external stakeholders to promote awareness and good practice. Additionally, you will lead on evaluating the impact of engagement activities and make evidence-based improvements. Your strategy will draw on government-wide best practices while reflecting the unique culture of Parliament.

Experience
- Coordinating the delivery and implementation of security culture behaviour campaigns across a complex organisation
- Project management experience with implementing new security strategies and/or security culture change programmes
- Working with and supporting people and teams to deliver high quality output
- Excellent relationship and partnership building skills
