About the Role
Are you a social storyteller who lives for the "big idea"? We're looking for a creative powerhouse to own our social activation and content strategy. In this role, you won't just follow trends—you'll set them. From inventing viral hooks and building elite brand tribes to launching bold social commerce strategies on TikTok Shop, you will be the architect of our digital advocacy. If you have a sharp eye for talent and the creative spark to turn a moment into a movement, your next big career chapter starts here.

A Day in the Life
Campaigns & Content: Own social activation and content strategy in line with the brand calendar. Invent the big social idea and hook as part of the wider campaign and media plan. Identify the right talent for campaigns (new faces and key VIP drivers) and create brand tribes. Create content for advocacy/social-only campaigns and boost best content on paid media.

Social Commerce: Build a bold social commerce strategy on TikTok Shop by identifying top social sellers and aligning activation alongside key calendar moments driven by NPD and social gems. Responsible for Amazon Prime Day plans and activation—selecting key influencers, products, and messaging while working alongside the e-commerce activation team. Boost trend-led "pull" content and own the reactive media pot to boost trend-led content.

Relationships: Own relationships with talent and agents used in paid campaigns. Identify the right talent, create brand tribes, and track influencer performance in Tracker for paid campaigns.

Paid Performance Reporting: Drive performance of share of voice on social and report monthly. Conduct post-campaign analysis of influencer campaigns via Traackr reporting. Track and report CPV/CPE and optimize spends.
