Happy Yolk is a creative social media agency that helps ambitious brands earn attention through social media by creating strategies, campaigns and content that people genuinely want to engage with. Our clients include Samsung, Too Good To Go, Pooky Lights, Nkuku, Redbrick Mill, Weaver Green, Regrettable Games, Dermalux and many more. We are the team behind the World Record Egg campaign, which became the most liked picture on Instagram globally.

Everything we do starts with strategy. From long-term social thinking and creator partnerships to beautifully crafted campaigns and premium content production, we help brands show up in ways that feel culturally relevant, creatively distinctive and commercially effective.

As our clients continue to invest in bigger, more ambitious creative campaigns, we are looking for a Senior Social Creative Producer to lead the production function that brings those ideas to life. This role combines exceptional creative instinct with world-class production expertise, overseeing campaigns from initial concept through to final delivery.

You will work closely with Social Strategy, Creative and Client Services teams to ensure every campaign is beautifully executed, creatively distinctive and designed for social-first audiences. This role involves producing shoots, defining creative production standards, building an exceptional production team and helping establish Happy Yolk as one of the UK's most exciting social-first creative agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead integrated campaigns from creative concept to delivery
- Develop original production approaches that elevate creative ideas
- Build creative territories, visual references, treatments and mood boards
- Ensure cohesive creative vision across all campaigns
- Champion exceptional craft and bring fresh cultural insight
- Build and nurture Happy Yolk's network of creative collaborators including directors, photographers, editors, stylists and creators
- Manage production plans, budgets, logistics, shoots and post-production
- Lead and mentor the production team, supporting junior producers and improving production processes
- Collaborate with clients as a trusted creative partner, leading meetings, workshops and presenting concepts
- Influence the future of the agency by challenging processes, discovering new talent and shaping team culture

This is a genuine leadership role with opportunities to grow into senior leadership positions such as Head of Creative Production as the agency expands.

Experience
- Significant experience within social, creative, advertising or production agencies
- Proven track record leading productions across film, photography and digital
- Strong production planning and budget management skills
- Confidence directing creative teams and talent on set
- Experience building and managing creative networks and collaborators

Qualifications
- No specific formal qualifications required, but a strong portfolio and demonstrable experience in creative production is essential
