About the Role
Amazon Kindle team is seeking an innovative, results-oriented, and customer-centric team player to help revolutionize how customers buy and read books. This role offers a creative, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial work environment where you will contribute to Amazon's ongoing innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in negotiation, relationship building, and analytics, with the ability to recommend and execute a vision and build programs and features from the ground up. In this role, you will:
- Manage and strengthen relationships with publishers, including C-level contacts, ensuring customers can find any book in our store, download it quickly at a great price, and enjoy an excellent reading experience.
- Be responsible for publisher-level metrics such as selection, subscription participation, and profitability.
- Become an ebooks expert by understanding industry trends, the competitive environment, and readers' needs, and innovate accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with leaders across the Kindle organization locally and globally to develop new services and products.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and automation.
This position can be based in London.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in procurement, planning, e-commerce, strategy, consulting, or finance.
Proven track record of strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Experience working with top management internally and externally.
Strong data analysis and P&L management capabilities.

Fluent in French and English.

Qualifications
Master's degree or equivalent.
