About the Role
DWP is recruiting a Senior Videographer to join our fast-paced and collaborative Video Production Team. This team is responsible for transforming complex policy and customer messages into clear, engaging video content that resonates with diverse audiences. This is an exciting opportunity to influence our content strategy and lead creative projects that capture attention in an increasingly competitive digital landscape. You will collaborate closely with content creators, social media specialists, production teams, talent representatives, and external partners to deliver high-quality content and maximise audience reach.

As the team’s subject-matter expert on creator partnerships, influencer engagement, and talent collaborations, you will bring fresh ideas and industry insight to support our content ambitions. This role reports to the Head of Video and is based in London.

You will manage a team of videographers, oversee concept creation and production, develop creative briefs and production plans aligned with strategic objectives, and ensure all content meets policy, editorial, legal, and compliance requirements. You will monitor content performance and use insights to optimise future creative decisions and content strategies.

The role supports hybrid working with a minimum of 60% office attendance expected, subject to individual circumstances.
