About the Role
The London Borough of Havering is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide first and second line technical support. You will ensure that reported issues and work requests are completed efficiently and within agreed service level agreements. This role requires a tech-savvy problem solver who thrives on helping people and mastering cutting-edge technology. You will support IT technologies including Windows 10/11 and the Microsoft 365 suite, and work with tools such as Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, InTune, SCCM, Microsoft AOVPN, and Teams. You will troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues, manage and prioritise a wide range of end user requests, and proactively follow up with users to confirm satisfaction. Attention to detail and compliance with security policies and procedures are essential. Experience
- Proven experience providing first and second line IT support
- Skilled in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Experience working with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 suite, Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, InTune, SCCM, Microsoft AOVPN, and Teams
