About the Role
Join the Victoria and Albert Museum as a Service Now System Administrator, where you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Service Now platform to support the museum’s IT service management needs. This role involves configuring, customizing, and troubleshooting the Service Now system to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction. You will work closely with IT teams and stakeholders to implement enhancements, automate workflows, and provide technical support, contributing to the smooth operation of the museum’s digital services.

Experience
Proven experience administering and supporting the Service Now platform in a complex environment. Familiarity with IT service management processes and best practices.

Detail-oriented and proactive with strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. A commitment to delivering high-quality IT services in a cultural or public sector environment is desirable.

Qualifications
