As a Shop and Spa Supervisor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating standout experiences throughout the year. You will lead and motivate the sales team, fostering a positive atmosphere on the shop floor and collaborating closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals. Your leadership will help cultivate continuous development within your team while maintaining smooth communication across the store and with neighbouring locations.

In this role, you will engage customers by offering warm welcomes, understanding their needs, and providing tailored product recommendations. You will support the store manager in achieving sales targets through team motivation and creative performance-driving initiatives. You will organise and contribute to in-store events and external outreach, ensuring the team is confident in hosting these occasions. Additionally, you will lead the store in the manager's absence, maintain high standards, and ensure health and safety compliance.

Personal development is encouraged through training, coaching, and connecting with other leaders to continuously enhance skills and improve the shop floor experience.

Experience
Proven passion for delivering outstanding customer service and inspiring a team to provide a 5-star experience. Experience in managing and motivating a retail team to achieve sales and service goals is essential.
