Shifts available Monday - Sunday, 7.00am - 10.00pm

Salary
£14.10 per hour (£26,945 FTE) with individual bonuses up to £250 per quarter for hitting targets, plus additional team incentives and a £3,000 award for the highest performing 3–5% of colleagues

About the Role
Join B&Q as a Showroom Project Coordinator and help bring customers' dream kitchen and bathroom projects to life. You will support showroom teams and installers by providing help and advice to deliver a seamless and professional service. Whether via phone, email, or face to face, you will keep customers updated on their projects until completion. Using design software, you will bring customer projects to life by asking questions and exploring possibilities. Confidence in recommending the right finance, products, and installation options is essential to this role.

Requirements

Experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with experience in customer service or project coordination preferred. Comfortable using technology and design software.

About you
Motivated by targets with excellent problem-solving and project management skills. A keen eye for design and the confidence to recommend finance, products, and installation options. Flexible to work on a rota including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays. Able to work collaboratively with colleagues and installers to deliver the best service on every project.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications required, but relevant experience and a positive, customer-focused attitude are essential.
