About the Role
Southborough Nursing Home is a 45-bedded residential, nursing, and dementia care home rated Good by CQC and 9.7 on Carehome.co.uk. We are seeking a caring, professional, and self-motivated Site Maintenance Officer with good practical maintenance experience and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for managing health and safety within the home, undertaking remedial maintenance work, and liaising with external contractors for tasks beyond general repair and maintenance. This role requires flexibility and a proactive approach to ensure the home environment is safe and well-maintained. Experience
