Experience
- Background in Software Engineering including automation scripts, infrastructure as code, tooling/framework development, ideally with Java and/or Python
- Experience with engineering enablement products such as CI/CD, Observability and Alerting
- Experience creating designs and documentation including user guides
- Experience investigating and resolving incidents and problems aligned to SLAs
- Continuously seeking opportunities for system performance improvements

Qualifications
Desirable skills include:
- Experience working on AWS
- Linux and Windows administration

While not all skills are required, experience across multiple areas is advantageous.
