About the Role
Social and content have never been more important for clients. Showing up authentically and with intention across social platforms helps brands connect with their audiences, sell, and serve better. This role offers the opportunity to work on an exciting client portfolio of soft drinks brands, managing key campaigns throughout the year. You will collaborate with strategy, creative, and production teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns and content.
This role is ideal for someone with broad social media knowledge, experienced in managing content and campaigns that build brand advocacy, as well as creating hard-working assets that drive purchase. You will effectively lead the account, steering internal processes, agency partnerships, and client relationships. Staying current with social trends, data, strategy, and community management is essential to the success of the brand’s social presence.
While the primary focus is social campaigns, you will also lead in other marketing mix areas, bringing integrated experience. As a Social Account Director, you will lead large, complex projects, problem solve, and build strong client and colleague relationships. You will collaborate instinctively across capabilities and crafts, ensuring strategic objectives are met.
You will manage multi-level stakeholders in complex matrix organisations, lead diverse teams, and understand the client’s strategic and business context to develop effective solutions. You will champion the craft of social media, demonstrate creative problem solving, and take accountability for projects and processes. Managing client expectations and project commercials will be part of your responsibilities, alongside supporting and guiding your team.
