About the Role
Who What Wear is the leading digital destination for fashion and beauty, built on a long-standing mission to make personal style accessible. Who What Wear UK is looking to hire a talented Social Media Editor to join its award-winning editorial team. Reporting to the Editor-in-Chief, you will lead the day-to-day strategy and execution of WWW UK's owned social channels. This is a highly collaborative role that blends strategy, creative thinking, content production, writing, analytics, and leadership. You will be responsible for all key platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube, with the aim to engage, convert, and increase Who What Wear UK’s social followings. You will keep your finger on the pulse of what's trending in fashion, beauty, and celebrity culture to build and engage social communities around those trends.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience with scheduling and analytics tools such as Dash Hudson and DOMO, with confidence in interpreting and explaining data. Social Media SEO experience is essential. Strong understanding of the key social media platforms, their nuances, best practices, and latest developments. Experience in video capture, editing, posting, and performance analysis. Comprehensive knowledge of celebrities, models, tastemakers, influencers, and beauty/fashion experts.

Qualifications
