We’re looking for a Social Media Manager with significant, provable experience running successful TikTok accounts to lead social-first thinking for some of the most exciting brands. You’ll mentor a small team of Social Media Executives, help shape channel strategy, and create work that genuinely cuts through culture. As a social-first agency, we believe the best ideas start with the platform and the audience. If you understand how drinks, beauty & lifestyle brands show up in culture, can spot trends before they peak, and know how to turn social insight into standout creative, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact.
You’ll work closely with members of the Social Team and cross-functional teams to deliver social strategies, creator partnerships, and content that drives measurable results for our clients.
Responsibilities
Line Management & Development
Mentor, support and develop a high-performing team of Social Media Executives, creating an environment where creativity, collaboration and accountability thrive. Act as a positive role model within the team, supporting the development of future managers through coaching, feedback and guidance. Foster a culture of curiosity and continuous learning, encouraging the team to stay ahead of emerging social platforms, tools and trends. Support team wellbeing and professional development while maintaining high performance standards. Build strong internal partnerships across creative, strategy and client teams to deliver best-in-class social work.
Social Content, Strategy & Creative Thinking
Work with the Social Lead to develop and lead social-first strategies for drinks, beauty & lifestyle brands, ensuring content is platform-native, culturally relevant and creatively ambitious. Identify opportunities for brands to participate authentically in culture, from trending moments to creator collaborations. Develop innovative content ideas designed for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social channels. Turn ideas into reality through scripting concepts, self-shooting content, editing quick short form videos and/or collaborating with the team to bring to life. Champion a social-first mindset across the agency, sharing insight, trends and best practice with colleagues. Stay closely connected to online culture, creators and the drinks category, translating insight into impactful social content.
Client & Account Management
Act as a key point of contact for clients on social media delivery and strategy. Oversee the day-to-day running of social channels for leading FMCG brands. Build strong and trusted client relationships, confidently presenting ideas, strategies and results. Support planning and delivery of monthly social content calendars and campaigns. Manage creator, influencer and UGC partnerships where required.
Project Management & Delivery
Own project timelines and ensure social deliverables are planned, prioritised and delivered on schedule. Manage multiple campaigns and content streams simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality standards. Work closely with internal teams to coordinate content production, approvals and publishing. Upload, schedule and optimise content across platforms using agency tools and native publishing platforms. Ensure social documentation, calendars and planning materials remain accurate and up to date.
Performance & Reporting
Take a data-driven approach to social media performance, using insights to continuously improve strategy and creative output for your brands. Monitor platform performance and key KPIs including engagement, reach, community growth and cultural impact. Deliver regular reporting and performance analysis for internal teams and clients, including competitor and industry insights. Use analytics tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimisation.
Experience
Proven experience managing social media accounts within an agency or brand environment, with FMCG experience and especially TikTok accounts. Strong content creation skills with confidence and proficiency in filming and editing videos to bring social ideas to life. Experience working with creator marketing and influencer partnerships. Demonstrable success growing social channels and delivering strong engagement and audience growth. Experience managing and/or mentoring junior team members. Hands-on experience managing brand channels across TikTok, Instagram and Meta platforms. Strong understanding of social analytics and reporting, including experience with platforms such as Brandwatch, Emplifi or similar tools. Experience delivering social-first content strategies and campaigns. Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment where priorities can evolve quickly.
