About the Role
We are recruiting a Social Worker to join our Adult Social Care Mental Health Service within Lambeth Council. This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively within a coordinated mental health service model.

As a Social Worker, you will provide a quality, responsive, safe, and person-centred service to support and promote the well-being of Lambeth residents. Safeguarding adults is a key priority, and you will be expected to uphold and promote the welfare of vulnerable people. The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, and familiarity with current legislation and policies.

We are seeking experienced Social Workers committed to mental health practice and working towards achieving Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) qualification (PO1-3). We offer professional development opportunities to support your career progression, a 35-hour working week, generous annual leave, season ticket loans, mileage allowance, cycle scheme, quality supervision, and access to online journals and resources. A generous retention package is also provided.
