We are seeking motivated, curious, and collaborative Software Engineers excited to build game-changing backend features with luxury-level polish and reliability. You will build scalable backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot, design scalable systems and well-defined service interfaces, and write clean, high-quality code that is easy to test, maintain, and extend.

Your role will include driving quality through excellent automated testing practices including API testing to enable continuous deployment, understanding modern web applications end-to-end, and using AI tools and practices to enhance product features, improve code quality, and optimize engineering workflows. You will build high-performance, reliable, and scalable solutions on AWS or similar public cloud infrastructure.

Experience with modern mobile-first web applications and components using React, TypeScript, or Next.js is beneficial.

You will report to the Engineering Manager and work closely within the Engineering Team and App Squad to deliver exceptional software solutions that support our global growth and innovation.

Experience
- Strong backend development skills using Java and Spring Boot
- Experience working in AWS or similar public cloud environments
- Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React, Redux, TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, and SCSS is advantageous
- Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library, and Cypress
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using CircleCI, GitHub, and Maven
- Understanding of content and commerce engines such as Contentful and ElasticPath
- Familiarity with A/B testing platforms like Optimizely is a plus
