About the Role

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will design, build, and support scalable web applications and integrations using Java, Python, and React. You will collaborate with diverse teams including product, marketing, and partners to translate requirements into impactful technical solutions. Your expertise will help build reliable integrations with marketing systems such as CDP, CRM, campaign management, and attribution systems, while driving experimentation, personalization, and AI-enabled features.

Your role involves optimizing data flows and event-driven pipelines, contributing to AI initiatives for content generation and workflow automation, and ensuring all solutions meet security, privacy, and compliance standards. You will leverage enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity, while validating outputs through peer review and automated testing. Experience
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and React
- Strong backend and frontend engineering fundamentals
- Experience delivering customer-facing and internal platforms
- Ability to build integrations with CMS, CDP, and CRM systems
- Familiarity with AI services and their integration into web applications
- Knowledge of data flows, event-driven pipelines, and personalization techniques
- Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools with demonstrated ability to critically evaluate and refine AI-generated outputs
- Understanding of responsible AI use, including data sensitivity, secure handling, and resiliency
- Commitment to engineering excellence and operational best practices
