About the Role
AWS is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to advise Financial Services customers on adopting and leveraging AWS technology. This role is ideal for candidates with some experience in the Financial Services Industry (FSI) who want to grow their expertise in financial services applications and infrastructure. You will be a core member of the Financial Services team, playing a key role in executing our go-to-market strategy. Your responsibilities include engaging with customers to develop technical solutions and value propositions that harness the power of AWS cloud technology. Experience
- Experience in IT development, implementation, or consulting within software or Internet industries
- Experience in specific technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics
- Experience in design, implementation, or consulting of applications and infrastructures
- Proven ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive-level stakeholders

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent experience
- Preferred: experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, networking, and architecting or operating solutions built on AWS
