The International Sports team is based in London with members in key territories worldwide. We are seeking an experienced Sports Acquisition Manager to develop, negotiate, and secure sports investment and partnership opportunities on behalf of Prime Video. Reporting to the Head of Sports Rights and Business Affairs, you will collaborate closely with Legal, Financial, and other internal teams to negotiate deals and manage relationships across the sports industry to identify and define new opportunities.
Key responsibilities include identifying and developing new sports rights opportunities through relationship building and research, supporting the Head of Rights and Business Affairs on major deals, working with Strategy and Finance teams to build business cases, preparing bid materials, negotiating with sports federations, acting as the commercial lead for rights agreements, supporting ongoing federation and partner relationships, and managing the commercialisation of live sports rights.
Experience
Proven experience in account management, licensing, or business development roles.
Experience negotiating complex agreements with a strong understanding of legal terminology and reasoning.

Qualifications
Experience within the sports industry, ideally from a broadcaster, federation, or agency, is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex commercial negotiations and partnerships.
