As a Sr Clinical Development Scientist, you will play a supportive role in late-stage oncology clinical development. Working closely with the Clinical Scientist Program Lead, you will be accountable for various aspects of ongoing clinical trial program-related activities including program implementation, clinical study start-up, execution, close out, data analysis, reporting, and support of regulatory filings.

Your responsibilities will include acquiring and applying knowledge of clinical trial design to develop study concept sheets and protocols, participating in protocol review discussions, preparing study documents, contributing to CRF and data management development, addressing scientific questions from investigators, assisting with data listings and scientific presentations, and supporting regulatory document preparation. You will anticipate and resolve moderately complex obstacles within clinical studies, may coordinate teams, provide clinical monitoring, and must be able to quickly assimilate new therapeutic areas and integrate scientific information into study development.

Experience
- Typically requires a PharmD or PhD in clinical research or clinical pharmacology with scientific and/or drug development experience in biopharma, healthcare, consulting, academia, or related fields.
- MS degree with 6+ years relevant scientific and/or drug development experience.
- BS or RN with 8+ years relevant scientific and/or drug development experience.
- Relevant experience in Multiple Myeloma and/or CAR-T Therapy is preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and other job-related software.

- Understanding of drug development phases and clinical trial processes.
- Knowledge of FDA and EMA regulations, ICH guidelines, Good Clinical Practice, and standard clinical procedures.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications
- Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MS, BS, or RN) with relevant experience as outlined above.
- Commitment to regulatory compliance and high standards of clinical research conduct.
