About the Role
As an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Sr. Customer Solutions Manager, you will guide the largest and most complex AWS UK&I customers through their multi-year cloud adoption journey. In this highly visible role, you will ensure effective collaboration across all AWS teams to deliver successful customer outcomes. You will act as a critical partner to UK&I customers, leveraging your experience in large-scale transformations to shepherd them through operational, educational, and governance aspects of AWS adoption.
You will interface with both customer and AWS leadership, driving collaboration between sales, support, solutions architecture, professional services, product/engineering teams, and customer teams. Your responsibilities include planning and supporting major workload migrations, translating strategic initiatives into executable actions, and managing education plans, business outcome roadmaps, Executive Briefing Sessions, and go-live events.

A Day in the Life
As a Customer Solutions Manager, you will be a strategic partner to some of the largest and most complex UK&I customers. Your day involves interfacing with customer and AWS leadership, driving cross-functional collaboration, translating strategic objectives into actionable plans, and overseeing critical workload migrations and educational programs. You will proactively develop new ideas and solutions, including guidance on generative AI strategy, ensuring a seamless and successful AWS cloud adoption experience.

Experience
- Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent
- Proven experience leading large-scale technical or engineering programs with thought leadership, business case development, and successful program delivery
- Customer-facing experience engaging with executives, technologists, or partners to solve business problems using advanced technologies
- Experience leading both technical and non-technical transformation project teams and working across broad functional teams

Qualifications
- PMP certification, or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification preferred
- Experience implementing cloud services, including migrations and modernization projects, is highly desirable
