As a key strategic partner, you will architect and execute solutions impacting Amazon's most critical talent initiatives. Responsibilities include driving strategic planning and execution across Core Science and Engineering, including 3-year and annual planning cycles, owning mission-critical business operations and inspection mechanisms to ensure peak organizational performance, leading innovative initiatives to enhance talent quality, developing scalable operational frameworks, and partnering with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable solutions that drive meaningful change.
The role requires balancing big-picture strategic thinking with precise tactical execution in a fast-paced environment, using data to influence decisions across multiple stakeholders and geographies. Experience
- 7+ years of experience in HR or business functions
- Proven experience managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience working with global cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated strong analytical abilities and confidence in data-driven decision making
- Experience creating reports, interpreting metrics, and driving insights
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive HR information
- Experience with high-quality document preparation and presentation
