Flexible schedule with a hybrid work model combining in-person and remote work. Expect to spend at least 50% of your time each quarter in the office or in the field with customers, prospects, and partners.

Salary
Up to €106,000 EUR (approximate equivalent)

About the Role
Join the Workday Success Plans Team, focused on supporting customers throughout their post Go-Live journey by delivering programs that drive business value from Workday applications. You will work directly with customers through targeted microconsulting engagements, providing configuration guidance, troubleshooting, feature demonstrations, and one-on-one consulting to accelerate feature adoption. As a trusted Workday advisor, you will share your expertise, identify key considerations, and highlight best practices to help customers maximize their Workday investment.

This role involves delivering a variety of services including research, small scope consulting, troubleshooting, customer presentations, tenant reviews, and maintaining Workday certifications. You will also participate in advisory services such as appointment-based consulting, configuration and business requirements reviews, and full feature deployments. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Requirements

Experience
- 5+ years of IT implementation experience
- 5+ years of experience with Payroll, Absence, or Time Tracking systems such as PeopleSoft, SAP, and/or Oracle
- 2+ years of software consulting experience

- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate and demonstrate the value of Workday solutions
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple engagements simultaneously
- Critical thinking skills to understand complex technical processes and influence decision making
- Passionate about technology and customer success
- Willingness to travel up to 20%

Qualifications
- Workday Certification or ability to certify in at least one of the following: Workday Payroll, Absence, or Time Tracking
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
- Ability to quickly learn and distill complex Workday concepts into understandable presentations
- Commitment to maintaining product expertise and staying current with Workday roadmap and industry practices
