About the Role
Amazon's Shop With Points (SWP) program enables tens of millions of customers to use their credit card, bank, or loyalty rewards points to pay for purchases on Amazon. We are expanding SWP globally with a focus on Europe and are seeking a Sr. Product Manager to own the end-to-end launch of new SWP partner programs in EU marketplaces. This role will be the single-threaded owner for bringing new rewards partners live across EU countries, starting with our Revolut partnership expansion and future direct-integration partners.
You will work cross-functionally with engineering, business development, legal, compliance, and external partners to deliver seamless integrations that delight customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the EU partner launch roadmap by defining and executing the strategy for onboarding new SWP partners in EU marketplaces (UK, DE, FR, IT, ES, and beyond).
- Driving end-to-end delivery by managing the full partner launch lifecycle from commercial agreement through technical integration, UAT, compliance, and go-live.
- Serving as the primary PM point-of-contact for EU partners during integration and launch, aligning internal and external stakeholders on milestones and dependencies.
- Scaling the launch playbook by building repeatable processes, tooling, and documentation to reduce time-to-launch for subsequent EU partners.
- Coordinating cross-functionally with SWP Core Platform engineering, legal, compliance, finance, and marketing teams across NA and EU to remove blockers and accelerate delivery.
- Navigating regulatory and compliance requirements by partnering with legal and compliance teams to ensure programs meet EU financial services regulations (PSD2, data privacy/GDPR, etc.).
- Defining success metrics for each launch (activation rate, points redemption volume, GMS contribution) and reporting progress to leadership.
- Contributing to the worldwide SWP strategy by providing EU market insights, partner pipeline prioritization, and competitive intelligence.
Experience
- Several years of product management or technical program management experience.
- Experience working with and managing third-party vendors.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and field execution through launch readiness and go-live phases.
- Experience working with global cross-functional teams.
- Experience working across teams and influencing teams that are not your own.
About you
- Strong strategic thinking and execution skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
- Passionate about delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Preferred: MBA or advanced degree.
- Preferred: Experience building launch readiness frameworks, standard work, playbooks, and scalable deployment mechanisms across multiple concurrent sites.
- Preferred: Experience in payments, fintech, financial services, or loyalty/rewards programs.
- Preferred: Familiarity with EU financial regulations (PSD2, Open Banking, GDPR).
- Preferred: Experience launching products in European markets.
- Preferred: Experience with aggregator/platform integration models.
