About the Role

The Last Mile Delivery Service Partner (DSP) Team supports Delivery Service Partners globally in one of the fastest-growing industries. As a Sr. Project Manager, DSP Payments, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and optimization across global payment processes. You will lead key initiatives that redefine how payments are managed, creating scalable solutions to improve the DSP experience and operational efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to combine your passion for data-driven problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder collaboration to influence a critical part of Amazon's supply chain ecosystem.

Key responsibilities include:
- Developing a comprehensive roadmap for worldwide DSP payment automation, identifying milestones, coordinating cross-functional teams, and establishing timelines and priorities.
- Partnering with BI and technology teams to drive efficiency and innovation by optimizing payment operations, reducing manual interventions, improving metric reporting, and enhancing global scalability.
- Leading cross-functional initiatives to design and optimize global payment processes, identifying and implementing automation and process improvements.
- Collaborating with diverse global stakeholders to align priorities and deliver results across cultural and organizational boundaries.
- Utilizing data-driven decision making to analyze payment data and metrics, measure performance, identify gaps, and ensure successful program delivery.
- Owning program goals with relentless execution, prioritizing initiatives, and overcoming obstacles with creativity and resilience.
- Embracing a fail fast, learn fast mindset to experiment, adapt, and deliver innovative solutions.
- Championing the customer by ensuring every decision and program outcome enhances the DSP and end-customer experience.

Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience delivering results in a fast-paced organization.
- Proven ability to analyze data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
- Demonstrated success building strategic relationships and collaborating across teams and functions.
- Experience working autonomously, managing multiple priorities, and delivering results in dynamic environments.
