About the Role
We are seeking 6 Staff Dining Chef de Parties to join our team. In this role, you will work alongside the Head Chef within a friendly team environment, supporting the staff dining function in a high volume contract catering setting. You will be responsible for supporting daily staff dining service for up to 2000 covers, reheating and presenting delivered food to a high standard, preparing and replenishing the salad bar, assisting with service setup, service periods, and clear-down. Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness is essential. This role offers a great work-life balance, giving you more time outside of work while developing your culinary skills.

Experience
A positive, adaptable attitude with a willingness to learn. Confidence working in a small kitchen team environment.
