Whether you are an experienced nurse or soon-to-be graduate, this role offers a dynamic environment specializing in renal care with meaningful patient relationships. New nurses benefit from an 8-week supernumerary period with guidance from experienced Clinical Leads, ensuring strong support and training. Our clinic features a close-knit team structure with accessible clinical leads, dedicated mentors, and clinic admins working alongside nursing staff to provide exceptional patient-centred care. With an excellent nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4, you will have the time and resources to deliver holistic care. The clinic operates Monday to Saturday with no night shifts, offering a great work-life balance. Your responsibilities will include developing and overseeing renal patient care plans, documenting clinical activities, preparing and monitoring dialysis machines, reviewing pre- and post-hemodialysis care, and collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team.

Experience
Clinical experience in a renal setting is preferred but not essential as comprehensive training is provided.

Qualifications
Registered General Nurse with the NMC or due to qualify soon. Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct is required.
