We are open to one person undertaking this role on a full-time basis, or two people working part-time to fulfil this role on a jobshare basis. Part-time applicants do not need to apply as a pair.

Salary
£32,708 per annum

About the Role
We are looking for a resourceful and driven individual to join our Visitor Services Team as a Stage Door & Box Office Supervisor. Based in our main administration building, which can be very busy, you will oversee the Stage Door operation and assist with Box Office enquiries and bookings. This role requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment for visitors and staff.

Experience
Experience in customer service or visitor-facing roles is desirable. Previous experience in theatre or box office operations would be an advantage.

About you
You are resourceful, driven, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. You have strong communication and organisational skills and can maintain professionalism in a busy environment.
