Experience
Proven experience as a people manager with the ability to lead a team effectively. Experience in retail management or a similar customer-focused environment is essential.

You are creative and resourceful, able to generate customer, donor and colleague loyalty. You are well organised with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You are motivated to meet sales and profit targets while maintaining high standards of store presentation and colleague engagement.
