About the Role
This is a Designate Store Manager role, requiring a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. As a Designate Store Manager, you will use your experience to make an immediate impact across multiple stores by leading teams through change, driving performance, and sharing best practice. You will receive excellent support, development opportunities, and a clear pathway to a permanent Store Manager position.

Experience
Proven experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment.
Background in a service-focused business.
Experience managing sales and service targets and influencing key performance indicators (KPIs).
