About the Role
We are looking for a Store Manager to join Team OB in our Chiswick store. As a Store Manager, you will lead the store to success by boosting sales and motivating your team. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will bring enthusiasm, positivity, and joy by inspiring your customers and colleagues and maximising sales.
OB Store Managers will:
- Analyse a variety of reports to measure the success of the store and team.
- Work with KPIs to evaluate the store’s performance and identify development areas.
- Provide exceptional leadership and guidance to all team members, ensuring personal and store objectives are met.
- Conduct progress meetings and appraisals in a timely manner, setting SMART goals.
- Communicate development and training needs to the Area Manager and People Advisor.
- Ensure exemplary customer service is delivered at all times.
- Maintain adherence to OB operational standards.
- Communicate with an approachable yet authoritative style consistent with Oliver Bonas tone of voice.
