About the Role
Join us as a Strategic Events Manager, where you'll play a significant role in shaping and executing event strategy to drive business growth and brand awareness. You will craft and deliver strategic event marketing programmes aligned with our business initiatives, focusing on the diverse needs of corporate treasurers and their teams within EMEA's largest corporates, non-bank financial institutions, and key public sector organisations. Collaborate closely with local corporate bankers and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative proprietary events and leverage sponsorships that showcase the full breadth of J.P. Morgan's capabilities. Your strategic vision and creative execution will be essential in fostering meaningful client engagement and maintaining J.P. Morgan's position as a leading corporate bank in EMEA.

As part of the GCB Strategic Events team, you will lead end-to-end event delivery from concept through completion, managing multiple business lines to maximise shared opportunities and deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines. Responsibilities include venue research, agenda curation, external speaker identification, invitation management, logistics coordination, on-site event execution, vendor management, budget tracking, and post-event analysis. You will ensure compliance with internal processes, controls, and regulations, partnering with Legal and Compliance teams as needed. Additionally, you will provide ongoing support to senior management and contribute to team development by coaching Strategic Event Associates.
