About the Role
Join Amazon's largest Product Family in multiple top locations and impact our supply chain across Europe. As a Hardlines Strategic Supply Chain Manager, you will build an in-depth understanding of Amazon's commercial frameworks, operational processes, and programs. You will work closely with our largest vendors to drive supply chain collaboration and improve strategic operations. Your goal is to maximize product availability for customers while reducing overall cost and time to serve.

Key responsibilities include optimizing product availability, helping vendors meet Amazon's standards, managing returns, and pitching supply chain programs to reduce costs. You will leverage data to investigate and deliver improvements in key supply chain metrics and develop scalable solutions to operational challenges both internally and with vendors. You will own and manage multiple projects across central program and category teams to improve the EU Hardlines supply chain from development through delivery. Frequent partnership with Category teams will contribute to the long-term strategy for category availability and inventory management.

A typical day involves spending approximately 70% of your time working with key vendors and internal partners to identify improvement opportunities, and 30% on projects that create lasting impact across the vendor base and supply chain. Improving customer availability and experience through strategic vendor engagement and continuous inventory management improvements is at the core of this role.

Experience
- 2-4 years of work experience, including at least 2 years analyzing and improving business performance
- EU Amazon International Stores (AIS) experience required
- Project and program management experience
- Proven ability to work in international cross-functional teams
- Experience in online retail, finance operations, or supply chain operations is preferred
- Experience leading large scale projects and collaborating with tech teams is a plus

Qualifications
