About the Role

Join JPMorganChase as an Associate within the Structured Products and Exchange Products Middle Office team, where you will play a pivotal role in the seamless execution of trade activities, from order entry to settlement. Additionally, you will guide others in their work activities, contributing to the overall success of our trading services.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Equity Derivative Structured Products Desks in EMEA, covering sales and trading for exotic business lines
- Facilitate trade bookings, validate economic integrity of trades, ensure settlement, complete client set-up, and manage secondary buybacks and pricing (Bloomberg, Telekrus, Reuters etc.)
- Collaborate with sales to provide pre-trade approvals, ensure client onboarding, and complete all pre-trade formalities prior to issue date
- Book Structured Products into front office systems
- Lead projects to reduce manual labor, increase controls, and mitigate input errors
- Identify and implement initiatives to reduce manual work per trade and lower costs by leveraging low-cost centers
- Drive future state improvements in the Structured Products business by streamlining daily processes, reducing risks, increasing controls, and supporting new business activities

Experience
Excellent product knowledge across a range of Structured Products under various asset classes including Equity Derivatives, FX, and Commodities. Proven understanding of booking flows from front office risk systems through full product lifecycle management (coupons, knockouts, corporate actions) to settlement involving JPMorgan, custodians, and clearers.
