About the Role
The Student Services team at United Colleges Group is seeking a Student Enrichment Officer to join the Enrichment team. You will be responsible for planning, developing, and delivering the College Enrichment programme designed to engage students and support their personal, social development, and employability. Working closely with your Enrichment colleagues, the Head of Student Services, and Assistant Principals, you will ensure the programme meets the diverse needs of students across the College group.

You will work across multiple campuses during the week and support activities that may take place out of hours or off site, requiring appropriate Risk Assessments. Key responsibilities include mentoring and supporting students, facilitating Student Voice and Union activities, and assisting with the administration of the Student Class Reps process. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a unique and rewarding learning environment within one of the UK’s largest college groups.

Requirements

Experience
Experience working with young people or in a youth-related environment is desirable.

About you
You should be enthusiastic about supporting student development and able to work collaboratively within a team. Flexibility to work across multiple campuses and outside normal hours when required is essential. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people and vulnerable adults is required.

Qualifications
A relevant youth-related degree or an equivalent qualification is essential for this role.
