Are you passionate about sport, wellbeing and supporting young people to achieve their potential? Croydon College Group is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Student Experience Officer to play a key role in enhancing student life across our campuses. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and deliver engaging sports, enrichment and participation activities that help students build confidence, develop new skills and enjoy an outstanding college experience.

You will:
- Lead and deliver extra-curricular sports and enrichment activities.
- Support the Duke of Edinburgh Award programme.
- Organise student events that promote wellbeing, inclusion and diversity.
- Build partnerships with external organisations to enhance our enrichment offer.
- Encourage student participation in volunteering and college-wide activities.
- Monitor participation and evaluate the impact of activities and events.

Experience
Experience working with young people and delivering activities, workshops or events.

About you
Confident in delivering activities and events, understands the benefits of sport and enrichment, excellent communication and organisational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications
Level 2 English and Maths required. A Sports Coaching qualification is desirable.
