About the Role
As a Student Finance Advisor, you will play a key role in providing impartial, accurate, and timely information, advice and guidance (IAG) on financial support services. You will manage funding applications, assess eligibility, and ensure compliance with funding regulations and data protection requirements. This varied and rewarding role combines administrative precision with student-facing support, helping learners access the resources they need to succeed. You will contribute to a high-quality information, advice and guidance service for students, staff, and stakeholders, act as the Data Protection lead within the service, and support continuous improvement within Student Services to enhance the overall student experience.

Experience
Experience providing financial advice or information, advice and guidance (IAG) in a customer-focused environment.

Qualifications
- Level 3 qualification (A-Level, BTEC National Diploma or equivalent)
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
